Finger Lakes Distilling reached out to us to collaborate with them to recreate a beer that was made in the 1930s in Watkins Glen. It is a simple recipe of malted corn and 2 row from our friends at Murmuration Malts in Bloomfield. Glen Ale is super drinkable and refreshing with a touch of sweetness from the malted corn. It finishes light and crisp with an abv of only 4%.
"Won't You Be My Neighbor" is a Schwarzbier brewed with pilsner and dark roasty malts to create a clean and flavorful dark European style black lager. Conditioned for three weeks post fermentation, "Won't You Be My Neighbor" smells of early morning coffee and dark chocolate, finishing balanced and clean.
This Smoked Porter was designed and brewed by our lovely Jenn Clark. We decided to make a dark and malty porter with applewood smoked malt. A full body and delicate malt and hop balance and intense smoky aroma brings this flavorful treat together using only the highest quality ingredients.
