Lil' Red is our raspberry kettle sour ale that is a summertime favorite here in the Finger Lakes. The wort is kettle soured for up to 48 hours to reach the perfect amount of tartness and then is fruited in both the brewing and fermentation process. Lil' Red has bright raspberry aromatics with a fresh fruity flavor and tart finish. This is a thirst quencher while grilling outside or sitting by the lake.
